Our core geographic interest is Europe but we are very open-minded and have recently reviewed investment opportunities in North America, Australia, the Middle East and South Africa.

We have a team of experienced professionals who have backgrounds in investment banking, strategic consulting, management consulting and operational management. Between them the team have been involved in over 300 transactions with a combined value substantially in excess of $200 billion. We look at all areas of the investment cycle and in the buyout area we look for "unloved" assets, undiscovered sectors, neglected companies or well run companies where the owners and founders are looking to sell; in short we seek superior return potential investments. As a private investment firm we try to stay as much as possible below the radar screen and out of the public spotlight; adopting a strict no publicity policy on our investments.
